Go to Admin > Parent Accounts.
- From the accounts management menu, click the first option, Edit.
- Scroll down the page until you see the Language setting.
- Select the parent’s language.
- Click the Update button.

What are the benefits of the admin adjusting the parent’s language?
The benefits are:
- Parents receive critical alerts in their home language (applies to active and non-active accounts)
- Parents who have not activated their account receive a daily recap in their home language (Note: the setting to send notifications to inactive accounts must be switched on by School Admin)
- Parents who have activated their account receive all posts to the School Feed and Private Messages in their language.
- Parents do not need to go to their My Account to set the language.
- Parents can still adjust their language in My Account > Language.
