Schools can now create and manage student portfolios. Student portfolios are a way to provide private learning updates to the student's parents. In other words, only the student's parents see the portfolio entry.

Schools can now create and manage student portfolios. Student portfolios are a way to provide private learning updates to the student's parents. In other words, only the student's parents see the portfolio entry.
Learn moreUsers can now subscribe to School Signals calendars from the main School Calendar page. Once subscribed, entries and events sync to the user’s chosen personal online calendar.
The Pages feature now includes a Spanish translation option. Create the English page first, click Save, and then click Translate.

Learn moreParents and teachers can now use the Submitted Forms tab to review forms they have previously submitted. The submission results were already showing up on the online forms page. This update provides a quicker view just to view the form results.

Learn moreSchools can allow parents to participate in a private chat within Clubs & Programs. When activated, all parents in the club are automatically added to the chat group. This can be useful for parent-only planning, such as coach appreciation.
Learn moreYou can now quickly save posts using the Bookbark button below the post. Just click the Saved Posts button to return to them later. This is an additional tool that helps the school community to stay informed.
Learn moreChat messages are now translated into each parent’s home language. When a parent sends a message in their home language, the recipient sees the message in English or their chosen language, with a clear indicator that it was translated.
Administrators can print submitted form responses from the form results index page.
Parents who select Spanish, or have Spanish set as their language, can now see parent-facing buttons and interfaces in Spanish.
Users can now heart comments.
Schools can create volunteering opportunities that are not tied to a specific date and time. Donations, for example, may not require someone to arrive in person at a set time. A deadline can still be added to the task.
Learn moreGroup Admins can control whether the group’s membership tags are visible to people who are not members of the group.
Priority posts include an option to notify parents with a voice call. The call is created from the post text, so no recording is required. Calls are sent in the parent’s home language and are automatically included in Critical Alerts.
