Text Message Notifications Are for Priority Posts
Text and voice message notifications are sent to you because your school admin has classified them of high importance. School Signals sends text message and voice message notifications on Priority Posts. These posts are made by your school administrators. You need to opt-in to text and voice messages.
Verify Your Number to Receive Text & Voice Messages
Step 1: Go to My Account > Notifications.
Step 2: Click the Verify your number to opt in button.
Step 3: Enter your phone number to the form field. Click Verify.
Step 4: You will receive a verification code via text message. Please enter the verification code.
Turn On the Notification Settings as Instant for Text and Voice
Check that you have turned the notifications as Instant for text and voice.
