When you upload a document to School Signals—such as a PDF, Word file, or similar attachment—the maximum file size allowed is 200MB per file. This limit supports a wide range of typical school documents, including:
- Brochures and flyers
- Permission slips and forms
- Event schedules and newsletters
- Multi-page PDFs with images and color
If your document exceeds 200MB, consider reducing the file size by:
- Compressing images before adding them to your document
- Using a PDF optimizer tool to reduce the file size
- Splitting large documents into smaller sections
