Culturally Inclusive Celebrations: Moving Beyond the Winter Holidays
A culturally inclusive approach to holidays year-round emphasizes learning about different traditions, representing all classroom students.
VOLUNTEERING
From single opportunity listings to a recurring schedule, our tools have you covered.
No more missed emails or cumbersome text message chains. The School Signals Volunteer Signup System streamlines the school’s volunteer opportunities. Everything is in one place. Your school can create as many volunteer listings as needed and set detailed descriptions and time increments. Parents sign up for one or recurring volunteer opportunities with just a few clicks – from the app or desktop. The system also prompts a required online form during the signup.
Need recurring volunteer help? Some volunteering takes place recurrently during the entire school year. You can manage comprehensive volunteer signup schedules from fall to spring. Parents choose the dates that work for them when signing up.
Volunteering is an opportunity to create a positive school culture where a parent engages with teachers, staff, students, and other parents. Communication about the volunteer opportunity takes place directly in the Volunteer feed. Volunteers are notified of new communication.
Featuring pictures on the Volunteer listing page effectively communicates the value of your community-building volunteer opportunity.
Our volunteering pages serve as comprehensive hubs, featuring a communication feed for updates and questions, integrated maps, photos, and online forms.
We have meticulously designed our system to meet the different needs for volunteering roles, whether a single volunteering opportunity or recurring volunteering opportunities throughout the semester.
You can customize each opportunity with specific tasks and schedules. This reduces the needs of managing multiple listings.
